- When the Magic Windmill spins for the Paddling by the Sea TV event, a clip from the opening segment from that episode was used which is erroneous because the What Happened to Dipsy's Hat? segment did not have the Magic Windmill spinning at the end.
- Dipsy was both the missing Teletubby and boo shouter but with the Tinky Winky ending.
- But this video that ND1998 uploaded where Tinky Winky was the boo shouter.
- The screener tapes of this and Naughty Noo-Noo! only have the Teletubbies Everywhere episode.
- The screener tape contains the UK version of Flower Planting (Chile)
- The same error with the audio from the Dot ID in the Dash ID was also used at the end of this tape.
- This is the second of the 4 videos to have a US-exclusive special and has never been released in the UK. The other videos are The Magic Pumpkin and Other Stories, Blue Sky, and All Fall Down!
