Duggle Dee is the red Tiddlytubby. He has a hook shaped aerial and also has a darker skin tone like Dipsy and Baa. He is voiced by Teresa Gallagher and he represents Po, even though he is a boy and Po is a girl and he is black and Po isn't.
When the Tiddlytubbies were first introduced in the episode Babies, Duggle Dee was only seen in the background sleeping. He wasn't officially introduced until the episode Tallest Shortest.
In Season 2, the Tiddlytubbies were given their own characteristics. Duggle Dee is best friends with Nin, they both enjoy holding hands and playing together.
