Duggle Dee is the red Tiddlytubby. He has a hook shaped antenna and also has a dark face like Dipsy and Baa.
When the Tiddlytubbies were first introduced in the episode Babies, Duggle Dee was only seen in the background sleeping. He wasn't officially introduced until the episode Tallest Shortest.
In Season 2, the Tiddlytubbies were given their own characteristics. Duggle Dee always likes to hold hands with Nin and they both enjoy playing together.
