In Teletubbyland, Dipsy is out for a walk with his hat. He meets Tinky Winky who reminds him to watch out for the wind. Dipsy arrives at some trees the wind begins to blow and it blows his hat into the air. Tinky Winky notices Dipsy's hat in the air, so he reminds Dipsy to catch his hat before the wind blows it somewhere else in Teletubbyland. So Dipsy goes try to catch his hat before it blows away. Meanwhile, Laa-Laa and Po are having Tubby Toast inside the house. Suddenly, they hear the wind. It blows Dipsy's hat in front of the house, then goes in the hole and down the slide. Then, Po takes Dipsy's hat and puts it on the table. Suddenly, the Noo Noo tidies up Dipsy's hat. Naughty Noo Noo! Laa-Laa and Po chase him around the house. Then, the Noo Noo blows Dipsy's Hat back out and up the slide. It flies around in the wind and then lands back on Dipsy's head. He feels very happy to have his hat back. Laa-Laa and Po see Dipsy singing his hat song and they sing along. Then the Magic Windmill spins so Laa Laa and Po run outside. Dipsy walks up the path as his hat flies off of his head and sits on the path. The Teletubbies watch Matthew, James and Mark help their mum and Angus collect eggs. Then the Sun Baby giggles for Tubby Bye-Bye.
